Do what others are not willing to do today so that you can do tomorrow, what others can never do!

From a very young age, we notice that our parents have many obligations. Their work is probably the one we see first. Who did not ask his father or mother — “Why do you need to go to work today? Do you remember their response at the time?

For my case, my father has always been a workaholic. He was a man who devoted himself body and soul to everything he did, often at the expense of his family and social life.

My father taught me, by his example, that discipline is the foundation of all success. He often told me — “We have nothing for nothing in life. We have to work hard to make it happen. The future belongs to those who get up early! “. Over time, I realized that those who do best in life are very disciplined people, and they hate procrastination.

Today it has become for me my most important value and quality. Everyone who knows me knows it. Self-discipline is at the root of everything I want to succeed in the short, medium and long term. I firmly believe that if you are not a disciplined person, how can you be in business, have a family, have a balanced life?

DISCIPLINE is what allows us to succeed in our life, and it is what will enable us to reach all our goals. Discipline goes hand in hand with MOTIVATION. Without motivation, there is no discipline, and without discipline, the motivation will eventually fade.

I am now close to my fifties. I noticed that in some aspect of my life, my discipline and motivation have changed with time. Mostly because my needs in life have evolved. My life has changed, and with all this, I have changed.

My efforts are not focussed on the same things as they were 25, 20 or 10 years ago, and my lifestyle has changed with it too. I do not feel the need to go to the gym six times a week anymore. Now I do it at home 3–4 times per week.

I work home for some years now, and this has been life-changing. But you have to be really disciplined to work from home! It is not for everyone.

You have to behave the same way as you did when you were working outside and not in need of human contacts and social stuff on a day to day basis. I found myself in this life-changing. Fewer disruptions and distractions. The best way to be efficient and productive.

Just think about what you can be able to achieve if you could be a disciplined person in all you do! I am not always in every aspect of my life but in the most important ones, in my point of view, I am. I have to be. You should too!

There is a way of doing things to be successful with investments and money, and I applied this approach in my day to day life.

Fist. Set targets & goals. Long term ones. Specific and clear about what you want to achieve, to have, to gain, to obtain. Work, a more balanced life, time with my family, friends, etc.

Second. Focus 40%+ of your maximum discipline on what motivate you the most. What drives you. It will be quite impossible to make it 100%.

Third. For the money investment, some say, “Live broke and Invest.” In my life, in general, I changed it to “Live focused and disciplined on your life targets.”

Fourth. Passive efforts = Goal achieved.

With time You will see that You will have to put fewer efforts on some things as it was in the beginning. It will go by itself. Then You will be able to set new goals. That is the *Passive effort*… But it takes time and focus.

Another thing to put in the light; if you want to become disciplined, you will have to create routines. Mostly concerning the important stuff.
Routines will help you to focus every day on your goals, and with the time, you will find that you had the discipline to make it through the end. It was just not a habit yet.

So, what are you waiting for? Become what you always expected from yourself!
